Sync any CRM data bi-directionally between Salesforce and Planhat in real-time.
How it works
All mapped CRM data related to "closed won" deals in Salesforce can be synced with Planhat bi-directionally. Regardless of direction, one system cannot delete objects in the other system, but both objects and fields can be updated cross-system. This process is usually instantaneous and any conflicts or delays are communicated through rich error messaging.
Configure
Authorized Planhat users can connect their Salesforce instance using the Integrate tab. For a step-by-step setup guide, see our Help Center. Note that you will need to have the requisite access permissions in Salesforce to initiate the connection.
